7. Prohibited items & conduct

You must not use a Locker to store, and must not bring onto the Services, any of the following:

You must not tamper with, damage, or misuse any Locker, or use the Services to harass others, breach security, or interfere with the Services. You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by your misuse.

8. Items stored at your risk

Items are stored in Lockers at your own risk. SafeSpot does not act as a bailee, warehouseman, or insurer of your belongings, and does not inspect the contents of Lockers. You are responsible for ensuring your items are suitable for short-term locker storage and for keeping any valuable or irreplaceable items with you.

9. Security & CCTV

Lockers are designed for secure, contactless use and are monitored by CCTV for security and dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. While we take reasonable measures to keep the Services secure, no system is completely secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeSpot and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for loss of or damage to items stored other than where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SafeSpot for the relevant Locker session, or such amount as may be required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SafeSpot harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
